This course was excellent. I thought we would be designing from start, but glad we did not.  It is great that you take the time to learn how Access works before creating a database.  Well done!

Options for all your training requirements

Face to Face Training

When there is a need for staff to be skilled, international research has proven this is the best method.

This effective method of learning enables you to ask the training consultant, in-person, to explain any part of the content delivered. Whether there is only 1 participant or a group, individuals can question any part of the delivered content.

With this immediate further explanation, the individual usually retains the new skill acquired.

Rollout / Upgrade Training

Where an organisation plans to move from an old version to a more current version of software or introduce new software we are able to provided training to ensure staff are competent to use the new tools.  We often consult with clients who plan to upgrade to new software or adopt new systems.  To ensure staff are able to maintain productivity is usually important for the business to continue to function around these changes.  With a seamless approach to training staff in groups or departments we minimise the impact of the change on the business.

Group Training

Where you are planning to training groups of staff from one or many departments, it’s ideal to organise group training sessions.

For specific corporate/government and individual needs, talk to us about tailoring your program.  We can condense, remove or add topics relevant to your organisation.  This includes workplace related exercises, (such as your templates and form designs) to ensure the skills acquired on a formal training program are taken up in the work place. Group training usually delivers a more cost-effective solution. Have the training delivered at either our training facilities or at your site.

Training Needs Analysis

Many organisations have a need to assess the existing skill level of staff to ensure they provide appropriate training.  To ensure the appropriate training is delivered we can provide clients with a needs analysis.   This can be provided in a few forms -. a paper based solution or an on-line option where the individual completes  a questionnaire about one or a few software applications. From the feedback we are able to grade the existing skill of the individual or group and suggest the best level of training to meet and increase the productivity of the person/group.
